Ripping Sonic Rush Cutscene Sprites?

I found them on a sprites sheet put he\her said that he\her only did pics

Is there anyway I can rip them from the game?

There also might be unused. or other ones that have not have been in the game.

the sprites\images\textures are in the bac files is there any program to extract them or can someone make a tool to extract the files?
