Killing Floor Calamity (OUYA/Android)
#1
Hello, um i would like some help with this.
So i just remembered that this OUYA/Android game Killing Floor Calamity actually gave a voice to a "generic" character.
The apk file is said to open like a zip/rar file so i did, and i cant figure out what is what as the extensions for some files dont even show nor i had any experience with Unity, Im guessing its unity as some files have that in their names.

I could easily rip the sounds i want via Audacity and running the game and muting music, but the game doesnt even run on Blue Stack so... thats why I am here  Ouch!

If you are wondering why i need this, its because i make voice packs for Killing Floor. I already ripped voices from Killing Floor 2 and ported them to the first game, but thats simpler since its open sourced.

Thank you for reading!  Cry

Hey pal, I will help you and look into this. I opened up the apk itself and there's nothing there but a *.assets file, which is a unity package. I think that the data is stored in the game's cache, which I managed to find a downloadable cache, and I'm waiting to look into it now. The *.assets file just contained a bunch of useless mono scripts, so no worries about that. Please give me a few!

UPDATE: Yes, I was correct about the cache. The issue is, the assets are split up, which makes file extraction odd. Either I have to find a script to rebuild the assets, or manually rebuild them myself.
