I want to rip but cannot find anything to rip
#1
Look this is all pretty new to me still. I'll try my best on ripping sprites. Anything that hasn't already been ripped and doesn't have any prohibitions to be distributed or hosted on it and/or waiting periods to rip the sprites on it. ( Had two issues with this and I am still pretty mad about it.) I can't promise quality and I can't promise every request to be done or even attempted. This is more so for me to get some practice at ripping sprites better. So that being said any requests?
You'd think they'd call bootleg movies peg leg because they're pirated.

then um

do it anyway, for the sake of learning how to do it. get some practice. get good.
become the best there ever was.

i mean, i ripped Sonic Advance sprites when i was a teenager even though everyone else ripped the characters ten times over. then within years i was running games through programs to obtain image files and using other programs to decrypt them along with Photoshop to fill in the palettes correctly.

we all started somewhere.

Kosheh is right.

For an easy rip, try the protagonist from Klonoa: Moonlight Museum (Wonderswan)
For something a bit more fun, try something from NP Sutte Hakkun (SNES)
For an intermediate rip, try the enemies from Umihara Kawase Shun (PSX)
For a TUFF CHALLENGE™ try the characters from One Piece - Grand Battle Swan Colloseum (Wonderswan Color) (still unripped as far as I know)

All of those are rippable with Tile Molester/GGD/whatever
Once there was a way to get back homeward

If you feel insecure about the quality of your sheet, you can post your sprite’s sheet here so people can give you a feedback about its quality. Soon enough you’ll be ripping stuff easily. Just what was said, practice, improve and have fun.
