FF4 Complete Collection SE PAC files

Hi everyone!

Looking for the Sound Effects from FF4 Complete Collection, I've found two PAC files. It looks like one of them contain all the Sound Effects from the game and the other... well, I don't know, maybe dummy files, but I can't open them.

Any idea how to decompress them? Thanks in advance!

You can play and view the sounds in PSound; or if you don't want to do that, I have the sounds converted
