The Ilia outfit for Zelda is one of the few models that has no issues with cloth or jiggle polygons, as it has neither. So yeah, that one's fine.

Sometimes the model is broken with only misplaced polygons, and you can move the polygons to the original position. That's what I did with my Young Link, Fierce Deity Link and Tingle models.
