A very minor edit, but Wario's ramming arm now bounces like his head and such. I didn't see much use for the other arm to be edited, though.

I also changed up some frames, I think. My bad memory has already forgotten, just let your eyes do justice to see if I actually edited the bobbing. Al thought, barely noticeable, Wario's left leg now appears very subtlety on another frame. This was to somewhat reduce jerkiness.

As said, I made this as a simple concept, so you can improve on it, if needed.

I prefer the leg movement of the original, but the arm is animated much better in your version.
I'll probably edit this post with something in a few minutes.
EDIT:

Better?
...At this point, I actually have taken a liking to my previous over-the-top motion version.
EDIT AGAIN:
So, I just ironed out Wario's non-bashing arm motion. I feel like I now prefer this version of the animation.

It seems to imply a small bit more force/speed. Generally, it's simply more interesting look at, though.

I think I found out what could fix the more exaggerated animation.

You seem to lack an in-between from when the Wario moves to when the animation loops. Due to that, the sudden reset from looping makes it seem really odd, like as if Wario's moving along with weight and speed, but then something suddenly resets his movement, like a studder of sorts.

This animation also lacks the bobbing from when Wario raises his body whilst walking, so it kinda looks bizarre.

That's an intentional thing, actually. It seemed to appear that way in Wario Land 4(in-game), and that made its graphical effect made more sense(which was a resurging wave).
For whatever reason, I like the way that movement looks. It seems to make the motion look natural.
I'm now realizing that I forgot to put the W on his hat. Going to update the .GIF.

I guess it's just me, then. Not to mention, you wouldn't really notice something like this when Wario speeds up from his tackle attack.

I do believe the bobbing needs to rise a bit more, though. 1-pixel bobbing movements are hard to notice unless you see it from up-close.

The head rotations look strange if he rises any more than one pixel. Additionally, in the event that he does rise more than one pixel, his dash starts to look like a bound. I'll try it, though:

make a second version of this ramming loop with Wario's mouth open. This way you could have some variation - Wario is a really expressive character.

How's this? I'm pretty sure I did horribly, but here it is:

For whatever reason I find it really difficult to portray Wario's mouth being open without it looking very strange.

Add some bobbing to make it have some more weight.

An overworld sprite.

I personally dislike it, but here it is:

The bobbing there is too light, raise it by a 1 or two more pixels, like how I did.

Also, the overworld sprite reminds me of Wario's cut sprites from Superstar Saga.

The raised bobbing is in a previous post.
Also, that's what I was going for. Glad I got that right!

Yeah. Looks really good.

Are there going to be any other Wario-land related Sprites here? Like Wario's faster headbutt tackle from Wario Land 4?

I'm using this for a project, actually, and that move is removed. In its place, there's an upgrade for the Dash Attack where, if you're still holding the attack button when the dash would normally end, Wario continues to run and gradually speeds up and powers up -- exactly like the R-dash from that game. That move may show up as an alternate variation of the Dash Attack that you can swap out/buy in the shop(spoilers!), in which case I'll have to make sprites for it inevitably.
I'll obviously add carrying sprites, though, and the ground pound. In the meantime, a diagonal overworld position:

His legs are strange. I'll have to fix that in the morning.

I redrew Wario's 3/4 pose to fix up anything. Dunno if It's good or not.
