I Made These Sprites, This is only V.1 What do you think. Also what would you call them 16bit or 8bit?
It seems inbetween.

I'd suggest learning what 8bit and 16bit actually mean before asking a question like that.

As for the sprite itself, the body looks great, but the head SERIOUSLY needs some rounding. It looks like a big octagon as it is. Also, there's pillowshading all over; pick a light source, maybe from above, and reshade it. Overall, not a bad start. Keep it up.

Keep in mind, Megaman's helmet conforms to the shape of his head fairly closely.
