Wow... warning, opinion ahead...

That was just freaking awful. I mean... seriously, when I have to crank it all the way down just not to go deaf(er) and it's just this one chord over and over with screaming. Personally I don't like screamo, so take it with a grain of salt.

Ok, ok

First of all, you might have wanted to warn tell us what genre you were aiming for in your post.

Second, my ears are bleeding. If your aim isn't to take our ears off, lower the volume. A lot. Maybe a fourth of the current volume AT LEAST. I had to minimize the volume on my speakers, my computer's Volume Control, and on Sheezy. And it was still loud.

The bass was a bit repetitive, and I couldn't understand most of the lyrics (which is what hardcore death metal is supposed to be I guess).

Ok, now good points. I've listened to some of Tyvon's music. Some devildriver, All Shall Perish, In Flames, etc. Now although I didn't like them at all, the good thing is, this piece sounds like them. I mean, if you were going for their sound, congratulations.

Whose voice is that, pretty nice voice. Just a bit too harsh on the growling. But when he's singing naturally, it sounds ok. Assuming the one growling is the same person saying "What's the matter; scared?" Is that you? %D

And it was bearable after I lowered the volume (seriously, bro, making people's ears bleed is not good), I actually listened to it a few times while typing this to give more comments.

Peace

Much like the above posts...
The volume needs to be lowered.
It sounded like a squealing pig with the deeper screaming.
I find that with the screaming voice, it's usually better to have the music quiet ENOUGH to hear the voice.
That really give the voice more power, and allows the listener a chance to hear what the voice is saying.
Lyrics become that much more powerful that way.

As for the squealing bass noise, I think that it could use a hug.
It's nice for some of the part, gives it a sense of climax.
But since it's used all the time, it becomes that much less unattractive.
In order to play any sort of feeling over tot he listener, you need to lose the repitition and make it more unique and varying within the song.
At the point where you say "Are you scared?" the music quiets down a little.
I would go so far as to remove all semblance of an instrument for that one lyric, then jumping back in full force.

Just my 2 cents.

Nothing more or less useless than imagining that there is more to be done. Recall: no matter what is new there will always be these hands and these sandwiches. The enlightenment came and went and sliced bread was our creation— the best to be had. There can be no avenues of intellectual discord. We will always fold our food and put it into our mouths, long after our bodies forget what to do with it.

thanks guys (for the most part), i'll def. work on the sound quality some more.

edit:
yes rabid, i did all of the vocals
and oddball the squealing pig effect is intentional lol

that's only the first part of the song, so i'm not really gonna focus on the whole "repetitive" thing since it's gonna fluidly change

edit 2: the guitar/bass is all guitar pro until i get my guitar from my bro
