If anyone knows how to get them, it would be a great help.

Most of them are Vertex-color only

they're not broken, just make the UV mapping set as mirrored for the diffuse, or do texture edits by making it mirror itself on the other side.
Hey there, I got a model exported of Steenee, but how exactly do you mirror the UV mapping?

The map textures are in "romfs\bin\archive\field\area\texture\[NAME OF THE FIELD].gfpak"

Sorry if this isn't the right thread for this question/it's been asked before/this is common knowledge but i was wondering about the naming of the bones on the models, if the names were how they were originally or if they were renamed by a converter of some kind? I'm trying to figure out of Game Freak/Creatures Inc. actually calls things "feelers" on their models or if that's just an exporting thing.

Have you tried using it as a world space normal? That's what it looks like at a glance. The only other thing I can think of is it is a packed texture, so RG XY and B is something else.
On another note, anyone know the file locations for the pokemon gym stadiums?

Yes these are world spaced normal maps

And the Sw/Sh stadiums are located in "\romfs\bin\field\model\a_TOWNUMBER_gNUMBER"
For exapmle the Turffield Stadium is "a_t0401_g0101" (Entrance) "a_t0401_g0102" (Challange Room) and "a_t0401_g0110" (Stadium)
The textures are saved in "romfs\bin\archive\field\area\texture"
