Jetpack Joyride Sprites?(Now With IPA!)
#1
I've actually been wanting to rip Jetpack Joyride for a while now, But Is ripping from an IOS device possible yet?
I'd love to know.

ALSO: Jetpack Joyride was made by Halfbrick Studio, And is avalible on the App Store and The Windows 8 store (but I can't use The computer which windows 8 is on because my Dad won't let me, so...)

I'm really just stuck.

It's been possible for a long time. Simply open up the IPA like a ZIP, and look inside the files. It's much like PC ripping; you might find common files like PNG and WAV, but you could just as well find really obscure and weird files. Unfortunately the latter seems to happen more often.

You can find the IPA online (search something along the lines of "jetpack joyride ipa download) and try it out. If you need help feel free to ask.

Could you upload them so I can see (just as an attachment is fine)? I might be able to do anything, I might not, but I can give it a shot.

You need to right-click on the file and click "Share Link" to share it. Otherwise I can't access it.

This simply looks like a credit tag. Try linking the entire folder.

Awesome, thanks. If you go into "Payload" and then open "jetpack.app", you'll find lots of files. fileArcive.bin seems to contain the stuff we want, although it's not in a straightforward format that's easy to extract. The data doesn't seem compressed though so I can maybe figure something out.

ALSO: so I extracted the filearchive file to a .ZIP archive and looked in the contents. Lot's of N's. So how do I view .BIN files? if anyone could help, I would be so grateful.

Depends on what format the .bin file is.

I dunno what the format the .bin is actually. I'm really new to .bin file ripping so forgive me for my ignorance. But anyway, Wouldn't there be like a program that can view .bin files? Heard DVD/CD converters can, but I'm not to sure to be honest.

EDIT: Well Guys, I'm really just stuck in a rut. I haven't found a program that can open the .BIN file, And on top of that, multiple programs just don't regonize the format, either saying it's obsolete or nonexcistent. I'm really just stuck.
