Congrats for the first topic after the cleanup!

I think that some detailing could go to the fin textures, and use bigger scale textures with a lighter outline. Referring to the fish-horse, obviously.

I'd take extra care with the octopusman's balance though. He is leaning forward (which could be what you want).
