I have mixed feelings about chatboxes...

They can add an extra, unnecessary stress to the page loading and whatnot. (especially if a spammer comes-along...)
I think a separate application or site/page is a better approach.

I also have had issues where chatboxes can just disconnect from over-tax. Google Hangouts is guilty of this in particular.

I was thinking if we attach in the models even more icons . Similar to the zip and nsfw symbol for bone and animations .

We did consider having a checkbox for bones previously. It'd be a lot of effort to mark icons with bones from the set already up on the site though. We'd need someone to go through and check... But having an icon afterwards wouldn't be too hard. I'll discuss this with Pete.
Tsunami Bomb - The Simple Truth
We could run away
Leave behind anything paper
Not knowing where we're going to stay
When there's no Mondays

You're part of me, it's so easy to see the simple truth
When I'm in your arms, I feel safe from harm and sorrow too
You're part of me, it's so easy to see the simple truth
But most of all, nothing couldn't be solved when I'm with you

Would it be possible to have some sort of filter on the Comments List page that only shows comments posted on sheets (maybe games too) that your submitter name is attached to? I ask because I often completely miss things people say about my rips until a long while after because I don't frequently check the recent comments. Not sure if that's doable, but it would be pretty helpful.

That would be cool. Like a PM or something would be beneficial. I'm constantly looking at some of my old sheets, realizing someone commented months ago, and then I feel bad for not replying.

Petie actually implemented RSS feeds for comments of each user's sheets. For example mine is http://www.spriters-resource.com/comment...me=puggsoy (replace the name at the end with your submitter name). This also means you can follow comments on other peoples' sheets, if you like.

Oh right I do remember that now, although my feed never worked for some reason (and still doesn't). Not totally sure why as it seems to only happen with mine and I can view the feeds of other submitters without issue.

If there was some way to determine what file formats are in an archive, you could automatically mark all submissions with only OBJ/MTL as having no rigging, and then we could work through the rest on our own time (I could then mark all of mine as having bones, since I always submit rigged models Tongue).

There's not really an efficient way to handle looking into archives on a regular basis but it would likely be possible to write a one-off script to do it. We can certainly look into it at least.

That specific feed shows as empty, at least to me.

Okay, I figured it out. MaxiGamer has a non-standard TM at the end of his username which was breaking the feed. I stripped out non-printable characters and your feed now works. Definitely not what I was expecting though!

Modernize totally the website : adding more colors, better interaction with the user and dynamic transitions with HTML5 and CSS3.

That is the most buzz-word filled suggestion with no actual content I've ever seen here. What are you even suggesting?

I can understand that my suggestion is not very structured. To be able to detail my suggestion, I have to ask you a question : Is it possible to modify the website without passing by the CMS standard editor, just using CMS for databases and content management ?

I'm really not sure what you're referring to. The immediate network consists of 5 sites. Including VGFacts brings that count up to 6. I have no idea which site you're even talking about.

If you mean the forum, it's third-party software and there's very little I can do to make sweeping changes to it. MyBB 2.0 will be out at some point which will introduce so massive usability changes and many needed features.

If you mean tSR or one of its sister sites, you'll need to be much more descriptive.

(I'm talking on the forum) Do you have a hierachy of MyBB PHP/HTML files (stored in FTP server) ?
