I played this a long time ago, and it was very fun. The spritework also looks extremely nice. It's hectic, comical, and reminds me of Gunstar Heroes somehow. The 4-player bro-op is also a really neat feature.

It was just updated for Independence Day, now it's on steam for $10 or so.
