I think that the nose is fairly ugh on the first one, but I can never make good noses.
Otherwise, it's fairly good anatomy considering the style.
I think the breasts are a little too saggy, but that's prolly just me.
The Heat Man is decent, but not over the top good or anything.

Cool sketches, if you want to get better, I'd advise you brush up more on your anatomy, if you can accomplish that, I assure you your art will come out a lot better with the results.
