Sprites into RPG XP?

I just want to ask how do i get the downloaded sprites f.e.: http://www.spriters-resource.com/ds/pkmn...eet/25631/

into RPGXP?

Do i rly must cut the pixel 1 by 1 out or how does thiw work? Maybe someone dat uses Pokémonsprites, too can help me

You can either try to find someone who has converted the sprites into the RPG Maker format online, or you can cut the sprites out and make the sheet yourself.
If you do it yourself I would suggest using these templates for accuracy.
