You have to get a Dusclops from the friend safari and breed it.

I'm fairy type in the friend safari, and I know one Pokemon I bring in is Togepi if anyone wants a god-awfully annoying Togekiss for their metagaming needs.

Cool, I added you.

I could still use a male Beartic with Icicle Crash, but I don't need the Banette anymore. Turns out Gourgeist is also in the amorphous egg group and learns Shadow Sneak. I got one in a wonder trade.
