I can't join it cause I can't find any card with a pin# in my game package or Wii/DS package.
I live in Sweden, is it just me or can't anyone from Sweden join?

If the games bought don't have membership cards in them (assuming you're talking about new, unopened games), then I guess the service isn't offered over there. That link is to the UK site after all.

Besides, Club Nintendo sucks balls.
