the feet look a little small, the torso seems a little long in comparison to the legs.
Also I can't tell if she is folding her arms of making magic.

The shading on her dress completely disregards what's underneath.
Edit:

The dress isn't a flat mass, it folds and it folds according to what it drapes over. The knee creates a tension in the fabric, and as one leg is tucked over another, we can assume some of the fabric is too. You have to remember gravity. Lighting also helps us with highlights and work out what is closest to us.

Ah, yes thanks for that! I've never been very good at shading clothing, so I'll take this as an opportunity to get better at it. I also want to rework the hands a little because I think it's rather messy and really doesn't look like she's holding a cup of tea. Also that edit really helped me see that the legs look too short because it doesn't look like they're folded - the extra length is in them folding over, so it looks weird without that.

EDIT: Hmm... I'm not entirely convinced I've captured the dress right... I redid the hands a little, though, and I think they look a bit cleaner now...

Readability is an issue. I wasn't sure if her waistcoat was a cat or not, nor did I realise she was holding a crystal ball.
I've made another edit:

Making things bigger will make them easier to define. I made the arms longer, gave Marisa a neck, and revised the draping. The draping for now is a big improvement since the last update, because the shapes are better defined. All that's missing is some more gravity, unless her dress is blown by the wind.
Keep it up! Smile

Thanks again! I'm not sure how her waistcoat looked like a cat, but your edit is still an improvement. She was actually holding a cup of tea, not a crystal ball. One hand is balancing a saucer, and the other is behind the cup.

I'll give it another go, though. I'll see what I can do about making the teacup a little more obvious, and fixing the dress a bit more.

EDIT: Made some changes to the dress, the waistcoat and her neck, and I also changed her arms completely. Hopefully the cup is a little clearer now.

EDITEDIT: More changes to the dress.
