I Require a Bit of Help

Is anyone familiar with a NES tile extracting program that will rip them with their original palette? Some programs like NAPIT can extract them but they are all grey looking. If someone could inform me, or better yet, give me a link to some program similar to what I'm looking for that would be fantastic!
