#1
Hello everyone, I'm in France! As I also speak another language (I are using a translator), if you must go, I apologize.

I moved the topic to the Spriting and Pixel Art board as custom work should be put there first for comments and criticism.

Let's start with the icon, the text should be centered.

Concerning the sprites,
The large images on top look rather random, the first suffers from JPEG artifacts, the second has irregularities in the linework (line width) and jagged lines plus others.
Then we've got a bunch of edits and non-custom effects, right?
The enlarged sprites should be kept at 1x resolutiona nd the toad thing has pixels of different sizes, which should always be avoided.

To sum it up, it's a collection of edits of questionable quality. Besides that, I think the tSR customs policy states something about requiring characters to be from video games.

Actually, Previous:

TSR Submission Guidlines Wrote:Submit your Sprites to tSR if...
- They are GIFs or PNGs. These file types can be made in almost all graphic packages.
- They are ripped from a video game
- They are based on a character who appeared in official game related media.
- They are custom sprites, based on a character who was in a video game.
- You know the full title of the game and what console it is on, and make sure you tell me that.

Take note of the first bolded area. Since Minato is a Naruto character, he has appeared in game-related media. So I'm pretty sure custom sprites of him are acceptable.
Of course, you will have to fix the problems Previous mentioned before they can be on their way to becoming acceptable.

the funny part is, for this to be actually considered you'd have to basically remove every effect that was pasted on the sheet without any kind of edit or work on it, and that is basically 70% of that image.

plus the fact nothing on that link is """custom""" at all.
