Not bad for a start.
 You did forget a few poses for Wile E.: Wile E. pulling a switch Wile E. pushing down on a detonator Wile E. on a Jackhammer The Rocket that Wile E rides on. Being crushed by a rock and his scrunched up animation bit when he stands or walks His wild take when his eyes widened and looks at you with this expression:  Dust cloud animation when he lands on the ground below (down shot animation)

Right I'll add the switch and detonator ones in the future, will look for where I can get crushed while not in the air (the balloon anvils were always over jumps...)
No idea what you mean by his "wild take" and... What Jack-hammer? I played the whole game I never saw one...

The one level where Wile E. traverses through the cave to find the Road Runner. There is a Jack-Hammer Item used in that level.
And the one wild take where Wile E, sees that he is falling and his eyes bugged out! There's also a horn sound as he does it: AUUUWOOOOOOOGAHHHH!!!!!!! Then he just looks at you pathetically:
