Thought I'd help you by saying, Dreamcast roms can't be read by PC's. Your going to have to get the models from the PC port of the game Jet Set Radio HD from Steam. I've actually wanted to rip these models a while ago but was too lazy to do it... Also you can screen rip them but I wouldn't recommend that considering screen ripping should only be used as a last resort.
