Aww, that stinks... Making him bigger would be weird considering he's an otter...
Could he just have a bigger hit box and take more damage than other characters or something?

I mean, I wouldn't mind spriting it for fun even if it's turned down, I just want to know of any specifics if I have to make something else.

Basically the only rule is that it can't be too gory. It doesn't have to be Carebear sensitive, but you can't pull out someone's heart and strangle then with their intestines.

Something tells me you're trying way to hard. I could be wrong. It wouldn't hurt to show at least how one sprite is supposed to look. Just don't end up complicating things.

Well, considering the project's somewhat modeled after Mortal Kombat/Marvel vs Capcom, It's tricky in a sense.

THIS was meant for fun, and I wanted to try out a new technique while I was at ecuador. I ended up having to heavily alter the shading to fit with the style.. And THAT took me a lot of tries.

This is my problem with most sprite styles, it has to be at a -certain- consistancy in order to be on-par with the other fighters (same can be said for Modern Genesis, and I just couldn't get it to look right). Nicktendo got it in the bag because of the simplicity of the character "Bouncy Cat". Not ALL fighters are perfect/the same you know. I mean, Skullgirls would still find some new flaw in the genre to exploit since they don't have infinities anymore, and that's saying something.

Oh, don't worry, it's nothing like that. Lets just say it involves a cat dressed up as a super hero, and fireworks.

And despite how random it sounds, it's actually related to my character via a back story comic a friend and I used to make over MSN, and some other comics on iScribble.

@Ploaj: What if you make him walk on two legs, or run on a log or ball? That would add to his height and keep him the way you like him.
