That's it for the monsters and antagonists, I am unable to find their SFX palette.
What I can do, is ripping the rest of the sprites:

Currently re-ripping Cornet Espoir and merged all of her and Kururu's sheets.
She misses the complete walk animations for her L-Kun suit and some of the wedding dress poses. The intro has also many, many sprites which aren't on the site.

I can't find the palettes, but I can throw the black space from the wrong coloured sprites on a few screenshots and get this:

These are all remaining battle backdrops, except the generic caves/towers/temples.

The Tower of Ninetail and the extinct Salsa Volcano have no battle backdrops. Furthermore, the three heart chambers share the same background in kombat.
