#1
Does anyone know a program that joins multiple image files into one, putting the images side-by-side???
It would helps a lot to assemble spritesheets.Wink

I searched on the web, but I could find a shareware* program.

*I can join, but can't save the final file...T_T
You only finish a game when you rip its sprites.
Sprite sheet is a sticker album that depends only on your efforts to be fill.

Somebody posted this http://www.igmbrasil.com/games/grid.swf a while back. You upload all the images in a ZIP and then it lets you save as a PNG. When I used it it made the sheet very wide though, and theres no way to change it as far as i know.

I did have a set of small image tools, one of which was called StitchStudio or something. Take a look at that... Although I'm finding it impossible to find it now.
Tsunami Bomb - The Simple Truth
We could run away
Leave behind anything paper
Not knowing where we're going to stay
When there's no Mondays

You're part of me, it's so easy to see the simple truth
When I'm in your arms, I feel safe from harm and sorrow too

But most of all, nothing couldn't be solved when I'm with you

Thanks Arkinea, I used to swf from IGMBrasil but I just found a great tool that's even better (and faster).

seems nice except for that theres no apparent way to organize it, with animations being together. even with numbered files, they are organized correctly in the list of files to pack but on the sheet it makes they are not together.

The trick I used is to limit one dimension (height or width) of the sheet with the size of the original files (or a little bit more, if reports errors). It worked fine with my PC rips, where I got a lot of images with the same size, it saved me a lot of time. By the way, the order was correct on my sheets, strange it weren't on yours...
