when was the last time TUGS ran past round 1? everyone that signed up obviously came in with expectations of a competition, but it's handled in such a casual way no one feels pressure until the last moments.



lol, I probably could've gotten all of this on day one. I'll continue making the characters until the incoming deadline though.

I think rounds should have less time, that way pressure is felt earlier!
But seriously I started doing mine at the beginning, forgot about it for a couple weeks, and still did nothing after that cause I was bored of it, too long.

Right, I'm finished. Man, this was a challenge- probably the biggest piece of pixelart I've ever finished.

I don't know if it can trump Starpower's entry, given that he has basically the most awesome previews ever, but I'm okay either way. Bring it on, man!

Why do my two favorite entries have to be against each other , I dont know which I prefere, Drazelic's is more complete, but Star's is just awesome, and he made an old spice reference. I don't want either of them to lose....Good luck to both of you!

Yeah, honestly we shouldn't have been up against each other- it's not optimal utility. We both put a whole lot of effort into this, higher than most expert-tiers have thus far I believe; I know that if both of us could go to the next round, we'd probably both produce cool stuff next round too as opposed to the survivors who may lose interest or not have enough time. Instead, we're sort of forced to knock the other out.

Thanks, Clear. I was definitely hoping too. I'll probably end up redrawing all the sketched in stuff when I go through it, though; none of it ended up quite how i wanted it too. the crab also blocks too much of the background now, which is a problem.
