the aa's visible on the triangles, you might want to fix that.
his shirt thing conveys volume poorly as the bands are pretty straight.

finish the bottom of his body, first. you'll find it easier to place the feet after that.

LOL that rendering cracks me up.

That's almost a photo realistic Dede, like something you'd see in a 90's point and click...which sits well with me. You should do this for kirby too
