1-Up Mushroom Sprites

It's fine. I think I sounded more offensive in that conversation.

Opinions are fine. Not using them is also fine.
Still thinking of a new name.

Gorsal is right too, you have to do those things we pointed out.

I tried. I'm literally working on new shading almost 2 hours a day.

That's my main problem, so I focus on it some more.

try stabilishing a fixed lightsource, and work from there.

Here, I tried to edit it a bit (sorry if you didn't want to, but I' just showing how it works). I fail at giving written criticism, so I often use images to make C+C.

I presume you know the pillowshaded thing and all. Now... I checked your sprite once more and I noted that the white spots are shaded as objects rather as texture. The way you shaded makes it stand out more, and look like it's a small sphere glued on the mushroom cap. In this case, you just need to antialise the spots so it blends with the green more.

If you like my C+C, please rate me up. It helps me know I'm helping!
