batman arkham asylum 3d models , rigged models and animations release
#1
The models are in obj file format and the textures are in png file format

I rip these models a while back using umodel viewer , total commander and this code
"umodel -export -noAnim"

I thought by now someone would release these models to the public, and sense no one has yet, I guess I had to do it then. The other models will be uploaded later on, I hope you will enjoy them.

Here is a short video of the animations at work. I hid batman's cape because I don't know how to get the cape animations to work with his other animations

This is some cool stuff, but out of curiosity why are you exporting them in .obj format only since these export with bones? I mean if they didn't I could understand, but it'd be awesome if you exported to something like .DAE as well so it can be imported already rigged.

The space size is a reason if you include the animations. I am going to post the rigged models and animations later on anyway, so its all good Smile

Well animations seem to compress fairly well, but rigged models by themselves don't take up a lot more than regular models and are very nice to have. Its not like you have to have animations in the model file to have the rigging.

Is this the PS3, 360 or PC version? Because I'm trying to rip ps3 models

No idea, but I'm sure the tool would work with the PS3 version. The formats don't usually differ too much in multiplatform games. Just use UE viewer for it.

I thought the same but judging by the animations I'm pretty sure that's the animation for a joker take down so you probably had to play as him which I believe is only available in the PS3 version of the game. Smile

You do know its been like 2 MONTHS since there's been a post here right? As for your theory, a lot of the time console exclusive stuff that doesn't have an equivalent is left in the other releases. Its not that it couldn't be true, but its not exactly the most credible idea.
