Pokemon Battle Revolution [Wii] Character Coins

So yeah, I'm working on this pretty neat project, right, and it involves the Battle Passes from Pokemon Battle Revolution. I mean, for the most part (like the font, and battle pass itself) I've got them taken care of. However, I am having quite a bit of difficulty ripping the little circles of the Pokemon from this game.

That's what I mean by "character coins".
Rather than add all 493 Pokemon to six teams at a time, it'd be nice if we could rip them all at once.

So yeah, if you guys could be totally bro and help me out, it would be immensely appreciated. Likewise, you could ALSO tell me where within the disc (what file) would hold this kind of information. I don't mind doing it myself, either if you guys don't wanna do it :{
