Okay, so the thread that listed inferior sheets on PT was re-uploaded, so I've got a pretty good index of bad sheets. So all I need to do is decide what sheets should I set for the first round of sheet upgrading.

Should I take them all from the same game? Choose various levels of difficulty?

About the M&L section on TSR, I counted 45+ sheets don't belong in the M&L section. Here is some that are of no purpose at all, and should be taken off the site [Image: 71799559ea6.png]

And here are the sheets that can be replaced with better versions in the section [Image: 21467278lm8.png]

And these can be moved to different sections, either because they fit the style but are not Mario series. Or they don't fit the style, and are to be moved into there own sections [Image: 13630588xp4.png]

Also Cshad and A.J pointed out some others that don't belong.

Actually Falco could go under custom Star Fox, Pikachu could go under custom Pokemon, Beach Cannon and Petey could go under SMS. As well as the Marine and Sub Pop, they go under SML.

The ones you have pointed out as custom that can be replaced aren't bad, (not just saying that because one of mine is there), but I thought the whole point of this replacing was for bad customs so we are not losing sprites, but replacing good customs is stupid, we can have more than one Boo M&L style.

Also they all belong in that section because they are all (well for the most part) in M&L style, the section means that the sprites there are M&L styled sprites. And most of the sprites there are in the game categories as well as this section since they fall into these two categories.

And the ones in that section which people have said to be removed such as Shima's Latiku, they should just be moved to the custom section since these sprites are good just not in style.

They might be a little bit good, but they have like 3 poses, so they are useless.\

Yeah, and the Falco is already in the Starfox section.

But its boo, he doesn't have a lot of poses normally. I don't think the reason they have three poses so they are useless is a good reason for a character that usually has been represented with 2 sprites.

Parakoopa made an excellent Boo that has all poses and fits the style perfectly. That Boo would be replaced with Parakoopa's.

This sheet has suffers from some really poor shading and colouring. To be successful here; a good understanding of colour theory is vital!

Oh dear... not only is the lineart very sketchy and uneven, the colouring is also out of whack. With no inherent style or size limits, if you like doing PAs, this is your real chance to shine.

Looking kinds stiff there, buddy. This sheet could be better done by someone who has a good concept of animation and poses to make Magikoopa come alive!

Like water, poetry, and the milk in your refridgerator; sprites need to flow in style and consistency. If parts stand out more than others; and edits are obvious, it all looks wrong. And that's no good. An easy one for the less experienced spriters out there to show how edits are meant to be done.

Just tell me what sheet you want to have a crack at, and I'll add your name to the first post. You may only attempt one sheet. If you want to switch that's fine; but your other entry is null and void. There's no limit to the number of people that can sign up, but if one sheet gets an imbalanced number of applicants, I'll block it off. You'll want to make your application quickly! Plus, if you go for a sheet with low competition; you're more likely to win~
