Shading on the shirt is a little dark.

Very nice, but I would recommend keeping the pants the same color. And what is that thing on his head?

A cap with large Klonoa-like ears i guess!
Although because it's White/Orange, it's probably meant to be a seagull. It's cute either way, but I'd do that in a different colour.

A differently-colored fabric. But yes, it doesn't look that good so I'm removing it.
I'm busy at the moment, so I'll be continuing this tomorrow (which is holiday). Thanks for the comments c: how about the color palette, though? Is it good?

The belt should look a little more to the left (ours), and she looks fat. Make her stomach a little thinner.
