Mozzeh and Finlandia; if you know your secret id let me know. just remembered if it's not YOUR secret id you need the badges for it to obey you. Also, IVs/EVs?

I have enough badges for the Luxray. And I honestly wouldn't know what a good set of IV/EVs for it.
