if you don' know how to make a sprite sheet, you aren't going to get very far here. if your talking about ripping, i cant help you. but if your making a few customs , start a topic in sprie discussion before startion a project.

What I did was search your favorite game and see what ssprites are missing, then you know where to start. This is one I made from a mega man character:
