Aren't there more frames for the Options icon (with the tools and such)?

As for unlocking the Rumble feature, you have to play it on a Gameboy Player for the GCN, so it's probably not possible on an emulator. On an unrelated note, it's stinkin' amazing to use the Gameboy Player to play that game with two players.
