Looking for Spriter [Portraits]

I'm about 25% done with my FFVI hack and about to release a demo with a playable boss (Proto Babil). I currently have a few portraits, although the sprite style either doesn't look good or doesn't go with all the other portraits styles. I'd like to get fourteen new portraits for the fourteen playable characters. This hack has been going since sometime early in 2008 and won't be finished until around mid 2009/2010.
I've hacked FFVI to hell, some of the features I've added are:
All new characters, except Terra (Tina) and Setzer.
-Equipable bow.
-Gloves (for Tifa).
-New Menu Backgrounds/Borders.
-Changed the font.
-Changted the color of the font.
-90% New Espers.
-New Magic Spells (with new animations).
-New Armor/Head Gear (Robes and Cowls).

If you'd like to assist me with making at least one or two portraits, that's be very helpful.

Palettes to use for each portrait and maximum dimensions for the portraits would help our cause some.

Any palette you want, 16 color restriction. One of which is transparent.
