I agree. We've already said that the sheet isn't allowed, so I see no point in combining it with the textures.
However, as previously stated, if the color count was reduced and these were reshaded and turned into actual legitimate sprites, they probably WOULD be accepted as they're helpful as pose templates and whatnot.
