I haven't played through OoT for a couple years though so I accept I'm probs wrong

in the areas with guillotines, it's everywhere
you can find screenshots of it

also in the final scene with the facestab against ganon, a lot of blood flies out.
of course it was also edited and turned green like ganondorf's bloodpuke, but it's definitely always there and even red in the original version
