Tip for texturing the hair:
Lay out the basic shapes first, and then texture
Brock's fringe/bangs/whatever thing comes ahead of the main bulk of his hair, but the way you've shaded it so far, it looks like a continuous shape.
I'd also suggest avoiding scumbling, since it looks really weird against the smooth way you've rendered the skin.
Unless you're gonna smooth that out later, I guess!
ALSO if he's looking angry, his eyes should probably be more open. Grab yourself a mirror and SCOWL AT IT. Your lower lid gets pushed up, but your upper lid stays quite open.
