Whew, this one took a while to sprite:
It's his Dash Attack. If it seems a bit too theatrical, it's possible to cut the number of frames in half (that is, skip every other frame), and it'll halve the length (and height) of the jump as well. The whole point though is that it's slow-moving and low-priority, so it's easy to counter if he uses it far away, and if he uses it at mid-range all the opposing character has to do is crouch in order to get past it.
Both Flame and Ice require re-imagining (this one was flame) in order to be incorporated into his moveset.
