I think it's a good idea to let rule 8 as it is because it deserves to be treated a such. More to have a little more sense of 'weight' (not as if the sub-rules or addendum aren't important)

On the signature rule, might I suggest they can't be larger than 600 pixels wide? This usually is enough to don't break any browsers.
