League of Legends Wild Rift ripping

Hello, do you guys can help me out please? I need the background for champions; (Summoners rift night, Piltover, Zaun, Noxus, etc..) Is there any way to get the files?

To piggyback off of this I am interested in getting the Summoners Rift map from this to try and make a VRChat world. If someone points me in the direction of tools and a Wild Rift rip I could probably do it myself. The only Summoners Rift map I can find online is on Sketchfab and its years old. Then all the exporting software I found for LoL only does champions or if it does maps I'm too dumb to figure it out.
