I've gone ahead and extracted the .exe itself and it's not really something I've seen before, and judging by the sizes of the files in the first directory, I don't think much is being stored in this, the other option being that like you said, compression or encryption is being used.

I'd guess the latter, as the other folders (DIALOG in .rsrc for example) have files that would presumably contain dialogue but are the size of 1 KB Thinking

Thanks for the lead though, I'll put an update here if I make any major discoveries !
