Hacks aren't accepted anymore?

Honestly I think that sprites from hacks should be taken on a per-hack basis. For example, I think hacks that were made to be used as a template for other hacks should be allowed, as long as credit's given. Probably the best example of those I can think of is Super Mario World Redrawn by Icegoom.
