Do I have to download something specific to work the Pyra/Mythra model and there’s something wrong with her posing bone leg above her foot but below her thigh. I can’t fix her eyes or anything with this model. Please help

Yeah idk what the deal with Pyra and Mythra is but their legs are really broken in pretty much every program
