I've tried some XC2 tools and have failed to get this far with XC1DE models (Blender only seems to import the first submesh); how have you done it?
I use 3ds max, but instead of selecting the "convert textures to DDS", I just let the textures be exported to a BNTX file, and then I hex edit the bntx to give each texture the texture format it's using, which is mostly BC7_UNorm, atm no current public tools has been updated to support BC7_unorm, R8A8_unorm, or R8G8B8A8_unorm formats for XCDE.
