The Files in Transcend/Storm Heroes are Unity.
I havs the File from CityWars but they require Root Access to get to.

the texture is 565 ( RGB ) i used PvrTexTool to see it by importing it Raw.

I downloaded the game through the simulator and got the cache file. In the attempt to use UABE and Unity Assets v0.8.9 and Unity Importer 1.0 beta, I still got nothing but T-T.
