The dinosaurs extinction is a quite lengthy and dramatic cutscene.

I already addressed this on the game page itself, but I don’t think the “scanlines” are part of the actual raw cutscenes. Pretty much every PC88 and some early PC98 games including this one do the whole 1x2 pixel thing, and I know for a fact one PC88 emulator adds scanlines by default, while others don’t have this kind of feature.
