Another thing you can add to the list are the NES Test cartridges once used by Nintendo World Services to diagnose controller input and such.

There's also Port Test Cartridge, which is another controller input testing cart, but has unused, early graphics from the NES port of Popeye, and NES/Famicom NTF2 Test Cartridge which starts with a burn-in test before going straight into the controller test.
