Depending on the definition of "incomplete" or "broken", the stage rips from Mario Kart 8 might qualify.
Take this rip of MK8's Mario Circuit, for example: http://www.models-resource.com/wii_u/mar...del/10716/
If you look closely (or just look at the model in a viewer of your choice), you'll see that multiple objects are missing, including, but not limited to:
In fact, pretty much all "dynamic" objects are missing from the ripped models. (Or at least Blender doesn't display them)
Because I'm not nearly as skilled at ripping models as the wonderful people who ripped these ones, I haven't looked at the raw files from the game to see if these missing parts are in there, but in case they are not, I apologize.
(and also I just noticed that this thread was for sprite sheets, not models. welp, sorry)

- The castle's flags and banners (visible in this screenshot from SSB4, which is probably just reusing the MK8 models)
